How Can We Help You and Your Team Today?

Customized Talks & Workshops

Whether you need a live keynote for your next event, a 2-hour motivational workshop to promote well-being to your team, a multi-day offsite or retreat, or a ready-to-go self-paced online training course in the science of well-being, we're here for you. Our founder Dr. Suzie Carmack, PhD, MFA, MEd, ERYT will bring her international expertise in delivering keynotes, workshops and training programs to you -- and work with you to custom design an event that meets your needs in person or online.

The Genius Break Project

The Genius Break Project is a national movement to promote the benefits of taking mini-breaks for mindfulness, movement, and meaning (compassion). Led by a national team of volunteer advisors representing academia, public, and private organizations, the Genius Break Project is moving to a school, organization or team near you! Learn how you can get involved -- by learning how to practice Genius Breaks; hosting a Genius Break event, or CEC workshop; or becoming a GB Mindful Movement Mentor.

Yoga Alliance & ICHWC Teacher & Coach Trainings

CWBE offers a comprehensive Health and Well-Being Coach Training Program approved by ICHWC, which is also part of our Yoga Teacher (RYT200) Training approved by the Yoga Alliance. This means that you can earn two credentials in one nationally recognized program. Continuing education is available for current Yoga Alliance teachers and CECs may also be possible for you and your profession. Email us to explore your training options -- in Fairfax, VA or virtually!
